Welcome to Urban Renewal. Located minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, it's the perfect location to take in the city, but retreat to the quiet and calm for a restful night. This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Our place is great for 2-4 guests who prefer privacy AND convenience to airport, d’town, Opry. King bed, 2 Roku TVs, well equipped kitchen and bath, Starbucks coffee, small outdoor patio.
