This 380-square-foot retreat is located in town, newly refinished while still showcasing the character and charm of its historic roots. The open one-room layout includes a full bathroom, cozy kitchenette, dining space, and a comfortable living area. Sleeping arrangements feature a custom-built queen Murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa, making it a perfect stay for couples or a small family.

Several renovations later this is now our cherished home with garden level guest suite. We live and work quietly upstairs and your suite downstairs has a private entrance with keypad. Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

Yampa Blue Tiny Home is a cozy, modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath with high vaulted ceilings, natural light & a back patio looking out to the mountainside. This modern tiny home is perfect for a single or couple. It has a queen bed & dining area table. It is in close proximity to a community BBQ, yard games & campfire in the summer. This cabin has a small kitchenette for simple cooking. Feel free to bring your cooler, camp stove and a bag of ice. Kick back and keep it simple.

Our spacious caretaker space offers a clean, cozy place to stay, close to the slopes. It is a basement or garden level space with two egress windows and it's own entrance. Our location is exceptional, half-way between the gondola and City Market grocery. In winter, the free Purple bus line to the gondola stops at the end of our driveway. In summer, relax on your private patio, or explore our one acre property. We live above the space.

Sunset Retreat

Just steps to the gondola, the Sunset Retreat is the perfect location to host your Steamboat Springs adventure! This newly renovated studio offers high end finishes, a queen size murphy bed, with an additional queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room. A full sized kitchen and coffee bar are available for use. Dim the lights, turn on the fireplace and be ready for the most beautiful sunsets over the Yampa Valley.
