The villa has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and has been completely renovated and carefully decorated for our guests. The condo offers a king-size bed and a pull-out couch that can comfortably sleep four people. The patio is the ideal place to take in the fresh Florida air, relax and unwind.

The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!

TV's in every bedroom. Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious gathering room with oversized couch and a 75" TV. Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Guest reviews routinely say that the house is even better than pictured/ described. Must be 25 or older to rent.

Seascape has been featured on the HGTV show, Beach Hunters. This renovated 3-story home is nearly 3,000 sq ft with breathtaking views and sleeps 15. *Min. age of renter is 25 yrs. *Max occupancy is strictly enforced. Per county regulation, this house can accommodate 10 "occupants," excluding children 12 yrs of age or under. *A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required to finalize reservation. *Ordinances state we must rent to families. No parties.

It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
