Backing to beautiful tennis greenbelt with gorgeous sunsets next to Busch Gardens, a short trip to Yorktown, Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, not too far from Virginia Beach. 7 miles of beautiful trails in a bird sanctuary with historic ruins along the James River. Walk to playground, cafè, beach and spa.

The space is part of our home (the bottom floor) w/ private entry & a LOT of room. Not a time share disguised as your own space- and no sales pitches either.
