This is a private room on the 2nd floor in a colonial house, with 1 & 1/2 shared bathrooms. Parking is free, on the street right in front of the house. Safe and quiet neighborhood. You’ll need to remove shoes to go to 2nd floor (carpeted). $5 extra for a 2nd guest, which will automatically be included in the total amount when you select 2 for the number of your party. Washer & dryer are available for $5 per load payable on site. Please be advised that there are security cameras at common area.
