I have a screen room with a glider & chairs (smokers are only allowed in the screen room & the porch) laundry is included. A new desk and office chair has been assembled recently.

Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. It's fun to kayak to them. 1 mile to downtown NPR has several new restaurants and bars. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Free use of kayaks.
