This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Located in the serene Mohawk Valley, Two Rivers Farm offers a restorative retreat just outside the city. This working farm is situated on 120 acres nestled in the confluence of the Mckenzie River and the Mohawk River. The home, with its surrounding beauty, extensive walking trails, river access, and quick access to town, serves as an excellent place to gather, celebrate, and play. This is the perfect place to host a family and even a work retreat! We just added a hot tub.

This newly renovated one bedroom apartment with A/C is in a peaceful setting and is close to many recreational activities in the area including bike trails along the Willamette River and trails throughout Willamette Heights and Dorris Ranch parks.
