Cottage has a full kitchen, clawfoot tub, penny tile shower, front porch, dining room and large living room. Truly peaceful and lovely.

Convenient to all the area has to offer. 15 minute drive to Hudson. 10 minute WALK to heart of Catskill Village restaurants, shops, etc. Located on a beautiful dead-end street with your host next door. Relax on the porches, or walk through the yard down to the creek. Due to health issues, we cannot accommodate any animals at the house. Note: Bathrooms are on separate floor from bedrooms.

With sunset views of the Hudson River and Catskill Mountains you can relax poolside during the summer months or enjoy the changing fall colors next to a cozy back yard bonfire in the fall. We recently rebuilt the entire interior of an old brick building and imagined the first floor (*** the entrance is at the back of our house***) as a guest unit for our friends & family during visits. When we do not have friends & family visiting, we are offering this space to you! We are architects by training and have placed our aesthetic energy in making this unit modern but also cozy.
