Ground floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, spacious living room and a lovely yard with jacuzzi. Stairs take you to the first floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. On the second floor you can find bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a terrace with a fantastic view on city center, sea and beautiful archipelago.

Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Twin I

One idea, two brothers, two houses, architectural twins. The combination of the light, natural materials and couple of historical sculptures older more than 300 years make a perfect join. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic sea. One house can accommodate a group of max four people. The shared swimming pool is on the back of the houses, offering privacy and a place to relax for our guests.

Villa Lemo is a holiday home with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, located in a quiet eastern part of Bol, near the Dominican Monastery. It is just 300 meters from the town center and 250 meters from the beaches. The villa is ideal for families. It features private parking, an outdoor swimming pool (30 m²) with a separate whirlpool (jacuzzi), and a courtyard with a barbecue.

Villa Zanino is beautifully, lovingly and patiently restored 18th century stone house. The property is situated in a picturesque village of Velo Grablje, approximately 10 min drive from Hvar town centre and 5 minutes drive away from the first beach. In the village, there are only 15 residents, so loud noises and parties are not permitted.
