Cabin-like feel but w/ hurricane impact windows & doors, new floors, shower, vanity, kitchen countertop, & tiki hut. Two large hammocks & firepit. All the amenities of home but feels like paradise.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You’ll love being able to walk into downtown Jensen Beach, along the waterway, to eat, drink and shop at great local places. The best beach in Martin county is only 1.8 miles from the property. The property has dock access for fishing and watching awesome sunrises over the Indian River. There is a private patio with a charcoal grill and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The bed is king size and super comfortable. There are 2 TV's in cottage.

Everything is steps away! You can see the beach entrance from the driveway! No shared spaces! Walk to Jetty park, Jaycee park (w/playground), Ft Pierce Inlet (load your boat) or several amazing restaurants/tiki bars (like Square Grouper). After a day on the water head to the Beach House to jump in the pool or play with some yard games. Take a stroll or GOLF CART RIDE to the restaurant/tiki bar to have a sunset dinner! Lastly enjoy the fire pit around the pool under the Edison lights & stars!
