It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Our property consist of 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, big living room and dinning area with an fully equipped kitchen. Accommodation Luxury pool house ''Sweet dreams'' is located 150 m from the pebble beach, supermarket and restaurant in center of the town Sumpetar (Omiš). It offers sea, garden and pool view. It is ideal for families, couples and business people. Accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay and it has free wifi, barbecue and parking. To make the hot summer days more bearable there is an Air condition. Pool seasson 1.5. - 1.10. / closed from 1.10. - 1.5.

The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.
