Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. The house is build a month ago, set on 600 m2 (outdoor) with a beautiful garden, sunny terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds and amazing view of the sea and Split and a big swimming pool. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.
