Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Our property consist of 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, big living room and dinning area with an fully equipped kitchen. Then you need just one step outside to enjoy wonderful seaview next to the pool. Behind the house we have nice kids playground and wonderful barbecue/dinning area. Maximum privacy but still close enough (1,5km) to all local attractions like beaches, bars and restaurants.

Die Traditionelle-Villa liegt schön ca. 700 Meter vom Meer entfernt auf einem sehr schönen Berg mit grün und schönen Meerblick - der Aussenpool befindet sich hinter dem Dach auf dem Berghügel bietet somit viel Privatsphäre zwischen Dschungel und Meer Feeling eine Besonderheit. Alle 3. Apartments mit Einbauküche, Duschbad und Waschmaschine - die Sonnenterrasse im 1. Stock hat eine Außenküche. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist modern mit guten Betten. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus im Privaten Hof.
