This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. We are located 4km away from Omiš town and 14 from Split. Accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay and it has free wifi, barbecue and parking. To make the hot summer days more bearable there is an Air condition. Pool seasson 1.5. - 1.10. / closed from 1.10. - 1.5.
