Forget city noise and enjoy wooded hiking trails just outside your door. The Guest House is one of two Airbnb units available on our property. Private entrance, parking at the door ... totally separate from our personal living space. All welcome. This listing is for Guest House only. Large master suite, 2 full baths, laundry and garage.

The Village Farmhouse

Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.
