Our A-Frame is a mid-century gem with everything you envision in a cabin, plus all the comforts of home. It features a private dock with access to the Fox River and the Chain of Lakes, as well as direct entry to the Silver Creek Conservation Area. Located between the Fox River and the northern end of the Silver Creek Conservation Area, it’s only 1:15 from Chicago and 1:30 from Milwaukee. The ideal spot for a couple’s retreat, a small family adventure, or a solo escape to reconnect with nature.

Secluded yet only 10 mins from town. 100 acres of private property, bordering Lowden-Miller State Forest. Includes canoes/kayaks, large riverfront yard, grills, hammocks, porch and firewood. $33/night per person or pet after the first 2 ppl, incl. visitors. 3 night minimum w/ Fri or Sat. 2 night min. for Sun-Thurs. Cabin Getaway

Enjoy your stay at this private, cabin retreat equipped with EV charging station, spacious rooms for everyone. This home is not childproofed, please feel free to bring your own childproofing supplies. Cook meals on your own time in the full size kitchen, or enjoy the cozy wood burning stove in the living room or in the recreational space in the lower level with pool table and full size bar for your enjoyment. Pool is open during the Summer season. There is no isolation fence please supervise.

Whispering Pine is home to the original home that was built here in the 1940’s. The remodeled inside has two bedrooms. Our cabins have full kitchens, stocked with china, silverware, pots & pans. The backyard sits high on a bluff overlooking Pine Creek. There is private lawn furniture, a fire ring & grill outside. If you find yourself inside you can cuddle near the gas fireplace or watch tv. The cabin is also equipped with wifi. You are sure to leave Pine Creek feeling relaxed & refreshed.

The cabin has a view of the peaceful Rock River. Very relaxing & cozy. Minutes from Castle Rock State Park. Enjoy canoeing, fishing, & hiking trails. The cabin is located on Grand Bear Lodge Property, which has an indoor water park (admission to water park NOT included, but public day passes are an option if the lodge is not at full capacity), making this the perfect place for families to stay!
