Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located family friendly abode. Nestled at the top of a highly desired mountainside neighborhood, our apartment is attached to a larger home. There is a private entrance, outdoor seating, and a gorgeous view! Our fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a Keurig, coffee pot, hot water kettle, toaster, and a variety of kitchen gadgets such as serving spoons, cutting boards, measuring cups, storage containers, dishes, and a full set of pots and pans.

It’s just a few steps to the river, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trail, 300 yards from the doorstep, along a 3 mile trail maintained all year. The apartment is one of two on the top level.
