The entrance floor features a large open-plan kitchen, living room, a WC and two bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a lounge area, a bedroom and a sleeping alcove plus WC. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a jacuzzi (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

Lakefront guest suite incl. use of sauna/jacuzzi

Enjoy lakefront accomodation 6 km from the city. Our basement floor guest suite has its own entrance and 4 windows. Usage of indoor sauna and jacuzzi (1,5h) in October-April included. Two showers indoors in the wash room. There're fridge, water kettle and microwave oven in the apartment. No full kitchen. May-September use of wooden sauna is included and it is possible to swim in the lake. There are coffee maker, cutlery, fridge, dishwasher in the sauna hut. You can use gas and coal grills.

2024 valmistunut 4hlön saunamökki upean kosken varrella. Rauhoittavat koskimaisemat takaavat rentouttavan vierailun Koskenrannan Helmessä. Mökki soveltuu hyvin rentoutumiseen, kalastamiseen tai vaikka veneilyyn. Mökin isossa saunassa voit ihailla virtaavaa vettä, virkistäytyminen onnistuu helposti aina avoimena pysyvässä koskessa tai ulkoporealtaassa. Mökissä on 1 makuuhuone ja vuodesohva, majoitus 4hlö. This newly-built guesthouse 2024 with comfortable amenities is located in a the middle of old-growth forests, with a private bay and a calm lake with sunset view. It is a place “to adopt the pace of nature”, with the sound and sight of wild nature. During the winter, a local skiing center with sledding place for kids is open for everyone, about 5km from our place. Also, you can enjoy Sauna, walking in forest, ice-fishing. Relaxing in hot tub in this landscape is truly a unique experience.

Villa Kuusaankosken Voimala on Kuusan kanavan ja Kuusaankosken välisessä saaressa sijaitseva idyllinen huvila Laukaassa. Huvilassa on iso yhteinen ruoka- ja oleskelutila, 4 makuuhuonetta ja 4 erillistä kylpyhuonetta/wc:tä. Lisäksi huvilasta löytyy oma saunatalo, poreallas ja uintimahdollisuus. Vierailla on myös mahdollisuus nauttia grillaamisesta ja omasta terassista upeilla maisemilla. Tervetuloa nauttimaan pienemmällä tai isommalla porukalla Keski-Suomen kauniista luonnosta.

Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Etäisyys Himokselle 10 km ja etäisyys järvelle 300 metriä. Varaus pitää sisällään liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja kylpytynnyrin käytön ilman lisämaksua. Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
