A rustic, unique off grid cabin, with filtered water & heated by gas for warm outdoor showers, or indoor baths. The bi-folding windows at the dining table open up to the ocean & the backdoor opens out onto a deck where you can view the Kaikōura Mountain Ranges. Electricity is supplied by our quiet & modern generator, which quietly hums away in the paddock. The generator is a simple pull start & is filled with fuel to power lights & appliances. Enjoy views, fresh air & a break from technology.

Priceless ocean and mountain views. Our house is situated opposite the Pacific Ocean. We would like to share our own Kaikoura holiday home with you. Our holiday home is just an ordinary, basic house but we have extraordinary views! Just 15 minutes walk to town or 2 minutes drive. Some activities you will enjoy are: whale watching, swimming with dolphins and seals, kayaking, and walks in the Kaikoura native bush.
