Enjoy a hot outdoor shower, overlooking the vineyard. Sit quietly in the evening with a glass of wine, around the brazier watching the stars appear, after you have enjoyed the many activities that Mangawhai has to offer. Beach walks, swims, surfing, golf, or any of the many bush walks or local weekend markets.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this comfortable & peaceful home, 5min from Mangawhai town. There is a large lake with walking path and other amenities in the estate. The property is big with lots of lawn for kids or to kick around. Fully equipped, comes with a hot tub with table tennis and a small gym. The views are pretty cool and the clear night sky is amazing!! Perfect place to unwind. Parking for 8 cars. Only 10min to lagoon or 15min the Mangawhai Heads beach.

The Boathouse

The Boathouse is in Lake View Estate, a gated community. Accommodation sleeps 2 or 4 using our comfy sofa bed. Estate is a few minutes drive from Mangawhai Village and 15mins from the surf beach. Facilities include walking tracks around the lake. Views of Mangawhai and our awesome sand dune can be seen from the property’s driveway and on Lake View walks. Vistas are of rolling hills and there are still some cows on the property. A lovely restful country escape awaits our guests.

Seaviewbach is an architect's own executive holiday home, this architectural designed Beach House focuses on luxurious spaces maximising stunning 180-degree views of the harbour and beyond to the ocean. With the beach as your front yard, enjoy the cafe's, or the sheltered swimming. Please be aware that photos listed as Bedroom 4 are of a mezzanine open to the living room below.
