Guests will have access to pristine, all sports Bear Lake, ORV trails, and not to mention, the best tourist sites are all within about 1.5 hours travel! It has a large covered porch and firepit! There is plenty of room on the property to park your boat trailer ATVs or Snowmobiles. It's across the street from Big Twin Lake which has public access. It is located in the heart of the "Lake Michigan Snowbelt" if there is snow in the Lower peninsula it's usually here.
