Our fully refurbished house is the perfect base to enjoy Keros and the surrounding beaches, sites and attractions of our amazing, unspoilt island. In the centre of Kallioppi Village, 2km from Keros Beach and Surf Clubs, close to all amenities and walking distance to tavernas in the village. A comfortable courtyard with outdoor furniture and hammock under an olive tree make a nice place to unwind and relax with friends. We provide cleaning weekly and supply all towels & linen.

Με εξαιρετική ποιότητα κατασκευής και με πλήρη εξοπλισμό, ο επισκέπτης θα βρει ό,τι χρειάζεται για την άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή του. Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται καταστήματα τροφίμων, η παραλία της Νέας Μαδύτου, η αγορά και το λιμανάκι με τις ταβέρνες.

Το μπαλκόνι προσφέρει εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα προς την αλυκή και την παραλία Κέρος. Το σπίτι διαθέτει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στην αυλή και βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Είναι σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών από τη θάλασσα και 10 λεπτών από το αεροδρόμιο.

Welcome to my traditional house located in kalliopi village of Lemnos. The village is very close to surf beach keros famous for the watersports activities( surf, kite surf, sup,etc). It's a cozy house with his own yard, the house consist one big bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and we can add an extra single bed if there is a 4th person, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Ideal for families and for surfers. Easy parking next to house.

It is located in one of the fastest growing villages of Lemnos, Kontopouli, while it is only 4 km away (8 min. by car) from the well known surfers beach Keros.
