It was renovated in 2020 to make the room more comfortable. But the ancient beams in the living room are still vaguely visible, as if telling the history of this house. The house is a 5-minute walk to Kitano Tenmangu Shrine where is a large flea market on the 25th of every month and a 15-minute walk to Kinkakuji Temple.

It is located in the traditional Kamigyo Ward, minutes walk from the Imperial Palace. We collaborated with award winning architects at Ikken to renovate this space, which now accommodates the comforts of modern life, while retaining many of the original structure and elements from its past.

Just 6 minutes by walk from subway Imadegawa station. You can walk to imperial palace in 10 minutes. You can stay like you live in Kyoto. We have wooden bath with small garden view. There are wooden deck besides living space, you will have relaxing time at the wooden deck with garden view. Electric bikes are rent for free.
