My traditional maisonette is located only 30 meters from the sea and 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach. It is in the heart of the most traditional part of the village. It is a two-level renovated stone villa 80 m2 fully equiped. It has a close yard 20 m2 and a balcony 30 m2. Aquila Villa is built on the top of a hill offering unobstructed 360° panoramic view. The unspoiled village of Drapanos is 600m away, while the organized, sandy and shallow beach of Almyrida is 5.5km away. There are 2 taverns and a mini market in the village; for more choices you must drive to Plaka, 4.5km away. The villa has a big open plan area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a wc.
