The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Open plan living with office space, spacious bedroom with a Super king bed, bathroom that offer's a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine combined. Totally self contained with a full kitchen. Breakfast provided which consists of Bacon, Eggs, cereals, Fruit, milk, Juice, butter and spreads Tea, coffee.

The studio has a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer and fridge freezer. Continental breakfast is provided.

Even though it is downstairs from Beach Heaven House there is complete privacy and it has been built with Acoustic and Fire rating walls and ceilings. It has a modern bathroom, laundry, separate bedroom and living area with a small kitchenette & dining area. Sunny and warm as fully insulated & heat pump.
