Our Houses were built in 2020 for our guests who wants to have a vacation. They are located in the hotel area in Turgutreis. They are 300 meters away from beach and you can go there for swimming or for sightseeing, the famous sunset, you can rest in our exterior seating area while eating fruits from our garden, such as grapes would be right on top of you when you are sitting in our veranda, you can swim in 55 square meter swimming pool. Our houses has every amenties you may need in your holiday.

Evimiz 2022 yilinda tamamen yenilenmis olup, modern mimari bir tasarima sahiptir. Tüm odalarinda Ege Denizi'nin muhtesem manzarasi mevcuttur. Dubleks olan evimizin birinci katinda acik mutfak oturma odasi ve tuvalet mevcuttur. Ikinci katta ise 2 adet yatak odasi, 1 adet giyinme odasi, banyo, ve teras balkon bulunmaktadir. Giyinme odasinda da ihtiyac halinde kullanilacak yatak vardir. Her iki yatak odasindan da balkona cikis bulunmaktadir. Yaz aylarinda gundogumu ve gunbatimi izlenebilmektedir.

It is a one floor cozy and comfortable apartment, modernly designed furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. The nearest beach is just 600 meters away on foot. You can easily reach the villages of Gumusluk or Yalikavak by a 5-15-minute car ride. Enjoy the beauty of nature in a peaceful resort, while only a few minutes away from all the bustling areas of the peninsula.

The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a RURAL area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There's a portable fan in the small room. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.

A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.

We are located in Bitez and we are only 3 minutes walk away from Bitez sea side ( 150mt). You can find many sport activities, boat trip rentals, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in Bitez. We have strong wifi which helps home office working guests a lot. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with a nice view. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can ask for kitchenware set free from the reception.
