Opal Hot Springs is a 5-minute drive and the best way to relax and unwind. Matamata is a 12-minute drive with excellent food options and various tour bus options out to the Hobbiton movie set.

You will have exclusive use of this 3 bedroom country home which easily accommodates 7 people. An 11 minute drive to the sensational Wairere Falls bush walk . 17 minutes to Hobbiton Movie set . Has foam mattresses for groups up to 11 as well as a portacot. Please be aware of electric fences on driveway( but not near house surroundings )
