It has three bedrooms, an open-space kitchen, and a big lounge/dining area with a fireplace. The two bedrooms enjoy access to a grand balcony where you can watch the spectacular Seaview across to Ithaca and the mountain of Sami emerging in the crystal clear water where one can swim from early morning until late at night. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Within walking distance you can find Restaurants, Cafeterias, Bakery, Supermarket and everything that will make your vacations enjoyably and relaxing. Very close to the house are the most famous sightseeing of Kefalonia, Melissani Lake, Antisamos Beach and the very beautiful Agia Efimia village.

 Olvio House stands in a prime position on the charming coastal road in Sami village. The house was carefully renovated in spring 2019, with imaginative and modern interpretation of Mediterranean living.
