You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

The house is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula near Novigrad (Cittanova) and is no more than 1 hour away from any other city in Istra. Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
