Chalet style accommodation. This self contained holiday house is set up the same as a motel with all linen provided. All day sun. 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a King bed and the other with two singles. Downstairs is the third bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunks. Full sea view. Outdoor bath (bath with hot water) in garden. 800m from SH1. 1700m from Moeraki Boulders in one direction. 1700m from Moeraki Tavern and Village in other direction.

Bungalow by the Sea

Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes.Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day. The bungalow is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and 20 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Green Island, a 6km drive away, offers a supermarket, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. The bungalow is pet friendly- please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required as is respect for our furniture and linen.

The Lookout

The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. The Lookout has an open living space including the kitchen. A compact bathroom and mezzanine bedroom with breathtaking views. The Lookout, is next door to "Sybie's Cottage" another AirBnB listing by Allan. Each is very private and the car-park area is the only thing which is shared.

Internet not high speed. There are no shops in Moeraki...nearest superette in Hampden 5km to the north. We don't supply milk.

Orokonui Getaway #22- no hidden fees

When you want to get away from it all and relax, "Number 22" provides an excellent base within 15 mins of the City of Dunedin, with a rural outlook and plenty of birdsong, thanks to Orokonui Ecosanctuary. Past guests have come to explore the area, to hang out for a weekend with a friend, to write some more of their novel/thesis, to be out of town when visiting Dunedin for hospital/events, and to job hunt from an unstressed base! We welcome you.

Harbourside Studio Apartment 'seven'

Stay at 'Seven' a cute retro apartment in my cottage garden. Upstairs there's a romantic loft style bedroom and small sitting area with views of the harbour. French doors lead you to your private floriferous roof garden. Downstairs provides kitchen and bathroom. Access between upstairs and downstairs is via the deck and outdoor stairs, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you enjoy colour, comfort and quirky surrounds stay here.

Castlewood Cottage is situated in Company Bay which is a slice of paradise on the Otago Peninsula. Tucked away in a beautiful secret garden, this tranquil getaway will leave you feeling peaceful and rejuvenated. With entertaining Tui and Bellbirds in the garden, and the famous local penguins and albatross just a drive down the road - you'll end up singing the praises of Dunedin just like us.

This fabulous little contemporary beach house is right across the road from the ocean. Stroll along the waterfront to Campbell's Bay surf break and the gorgeous sandy beach to All Day Bay. The Cube is the place to really relax and recharge enjoying the views and gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Chill out at home or get out for a surf or walk on the beach.
