Apartment is located in Kastel Gomilica, between two UNESCO protected towns of Split and Trogir (12 km). Beach is just 50 m away and Marina Kastela is on your doorstep. Split airport is 8 km away from us. Within 300 m radius you can find supermarket, restaurant, cafe bar, post office, church, playground and bus stop is merely 100 m away. Apartment comes with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv, towels and bedlinen and fully equipped kitchen. Guest are also welcome to make use of the barbecue in the garden. We are easily accessible by car and parking is free of charge for our guests. We hope enjoy your stay with us !

This modern studio apartment is ideally located between Split and Trogir, just a 3-minute walk from the train station and 12 minutes from the beach. Guests can enjoy the garden and a shared swimming pool (shared with one other apartment and the owners). The pool is available from April to November. Free private parking is provided. The apartment also includes a balcony with beautiful views of the sea and Split. Please note that the balcony is detached from the apartment, as shown in the photos.

The location is great for exploring the area, both Split and Trogir are around 20 minutes away by car, and the airport is just 10 km from the apartment.

Castle Townhouse

Kaštilac is a small castle located on a rocky reef in the Adriatic Sea, just off the coast of Kaštel Gomilica. The castle was built in the 16th century by Benedictine nuns who had fled to the area to escape Ottoman invaders. The castle was constructed using local stone and features a rectangular tower, a chapel, and living quarters for the nuns. Today, Kaštilac is a popular tourist attraction and is accessible by boat or kayak. Visitors can explore the castle and learn about its history.

Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

The Adorable apartment Ena is a 58m2 apartment consisting of an open-space living room with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms a bathroom and two small balconies. It is ideal for families or a group of friends. The apartment can accommodate 4+1, very spacious for a group of 5. The living room is connected to the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (dished, dishwasher, oven, kettle, tea/coffee maker etc.) There is one spacious bathroom in the apartment with a shower and washing machine.

You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the view, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
