On upper floor we have rooms with nice balcony with a beautiful view at sea .On ground floor is kitchen/living room,bathroom, and outside you'll enjoy terrace with natural shade. Villa is located in a beautiful part of Split, next to a small town Stobreč, 500 meters from the sandy beach. Villa offers accommodation for 11 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor of the house. We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!

Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.

The living room has sofas for a third person and its tv and air conditioning. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, ancient Salon and Split. Guests can use our swimming pool and barbecue in the garden.
