Situata in zona tranquilla ed elegante, gode di una vista incantevole su tutto il litorale. In auto si raggiungono in pochi minuti il centro e le spiagge di Marina di Ragusa (15 minuti a piedi). La villa è autonoma e tutti i servizi sono esclusivamente per gli ospiti,compresa la piscina. Giardino, WIFI, aria condizionata e TV . Tre camere da letto e quattro bagni(uno a servizio piscina). Cucina soggiorno mq 40 con ampie vetrate sulla piscina. Ambienti sanificati prima di ogni soggiorno.

The villa is located in front of the tourist port of Marina di Ragusa. The area is now established as the best of the whole coast. Although quiet, the area is within walking distance from the city center and the best beaches of the coast. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort: kitchen, sleeping area, bathroom, large veranda, garden, free WI-FI, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Our house offers a beautiful garden with tropical plants and a big swimmingpool. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a babybed if needed, free of charge, please request when booking. There is a wonderful private guest veranda to enjoy as well. Free parking inside the premises.

Casa luminosissima con ampie porte finestre che affacciano sul giardino. Piscina con doccia esterna. Superficie Casa oltre 140 metri quadrati con ambiente giorno unico (cucina e soggiorno). Ampia doccia anche all'interno. La casa è immersa nel verde ed è possibile usufruire del barbecue. Buon soggiorno!
