The apartment has a private entrance, a private courtyard with space for two cars. Smoking is forbidden in the house. There is free private parking, so you will always find one to leave your car.

Park apartment is surrounded by two parks and small cozy streets with modern architecture of early XIX century. It is only 5 minutes to main pedestrian street Laives ave., also 5 minutes to the bus station and 10 minutes to the railway station by foot. The Old Town you could reach in about 20 minutes by foot. Its very quite area you could park the car outside the apartment, you will have private entrance with little garden.

Welcome! My name is Eglė and I want to offer a cozy apartment in a very comfortable area of Kaunas for you. This apartment is located in a one of the safest regions of the city, near beautiful and old Oak park. The apartment is in a big green yard and has a small terrace for lovely mornings. The apartment is provided with all amenities you could need. I have lived there for a long time and hope that you will like it!

The apartment is fully equipped with everything someone might need for a sleepover or a longer stay.
