Penthouse apartment with a large terrace

Spacious (80 sq.m.) and unique apartment with a ~35 sq.m. terrace, offering a panoramic view of the city of Kaunas. You will reside on the top floor, with no neighbors around. The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

A forest-surrounded campsite with two spring-fed ponds, cozy cottages with stoves, a sauna, and a hot tub under the open sky. There is no electricity—only peace, nature, and quiet. The site offers a gas stove, fire pit, kazan pot, and comfortable sleeping spaces. An optional beekeeping experience includes local honey souvenirs. A perfect retreat for those seeking a natural escape from daily routine and city noise. Sauna and hot tub bookings are made separately.

'Forest Holiday' Unique cabin next to the lake

There are total three lake front Cabins in our area. Pond Cabin is located 15meters from pond and 50 meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm. We also offer jacuzzi hot tub 80€ and sauna for 100€ Nearest shop is 2km away.

Park apartment

Park apartment is surrounded by two parks and small cozy streets with modern architecture of early XIX century. It is only 5 minutes to main pedestrian street Laives ave., also 5 minutes to the bus station and 10 minutes to the railway station by foot. The Old Town you could reach in about 20 minutes by foot. Its very quite area you could park the car outside the apartment, you will have private entrance with little garden.

This apartment is located in a one of the safest regions of the city, near beautiful and old Oak park. The apartment is in a big green yard and has a small terrace for lovely mornings. The apartment is provided with all amenities you could need. I have lived there for a long time and hope that you will like it!

Magical house from straw and clay in the middle of the forest. With beautiful window on the roof. Laying in the bed, you can watch stars. And enjoy being near fireplace. All seasons are beautiful to be in nature. Just must to know that kitchen, wc and shower places are separate from home.
