The warm and cosy bedroom is a few steps away your own kitchen and bathroom. Yes you need to walk outside to the bathroom! All part of the charm (the full kitchen and laundry facilities make up for it! ). Your host is an artist, living and working on site, and is happy to share what to see and do in Arrowtown

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Being so close to the Shotover River and The Queenstown Bike Trail, you can also bike to the Gibbston Valley wineries, Queenstown, or Arrowtown easily.

Behind our hedges you will find a lovely sunny area with ample off street parking.
