Cozy country cabin - church conversion

The cabin is warm, inviting & beautifully furnished to evoke a sense of peace. The main bedroom boasts a quality Q-size bed with linen & bamboo Manchester. The lounge offers two leather sofas adorned with cozy blankets & a fireplace for colder months, complemented by a small yet fully equipped kitchen. The loft houses four single beds, each fitted with electric blankets. The ensuite with an X-large shower fitted with a rain-head is the perfect start or end to any day. My home boasts two decks.

Set on 3 acres of rolling lawns & native trees, there’s plenty of room to roam and spot the many native birds & wildlife that visit the property. With the Old Beechy Rail Trail right on our doorstep, bring your bikes to really immerse yourself in the fresh forest air. Take a 30 min trip to the Redwood Forest and nearby waterfalls, with the Forrest only 15mins away.

Station Street FORREST (free WiFi)

Close to everything in town. A period property renovated for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi and pay TV channels. A lovely kitchen/living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and a wood heater. A large garden to wander around. 3 spacious bedrooms (all with ceiling fans), the main bedroom has an ensuite and a fireplace. All beds are queen size and have an electric blanket. Each bedroom has an elec. oil heater if required. A good selection of dvd’s and board games to keep everyone entertained.

The Brewers Cottage

The Brewers Cottage is a 100 year old fully refurbished woodcutters cottage which has a comfortable contemporary interior with modern finishings. The Cottage has 2 bedrooms with good quality linen and everything you might need. There is a beautiful little, cool, shady green garden and verandah for relaxing. With a great location in the centre of town the accommodation is perfect for those who want access to the Forrest mountain bike trail heads, walking tracks and a cold beer at The Brewery.

Nordic Noir Hideaway

Welcome to Nordic Noir, your own rustic little hideaway nestled among the tree ferns. Our quirky little cabin comes complete with your own Nordic Spruce barrel sauna & spa to rejuvenate your body after exploring Forrest by bike or foot. The cabin & BBQ cabin are all yours to enjoy & are connected via a leafy walkway. MTB trails are on our doorstep, ride/walk into town in minutes or just chill & enjoy the sauna & hot tub. Welcome to our cosy shed, couples will enjoy their stay and all that this exceptional area has to offer. Amazing beaches, wildlife, great eateries and all the sights and wonders of the Great Ocean Road just there for your pleasure. The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Escape to Sunnyside

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Welcome to Forrest a beautiful part of the world. Our studio is a short stroll to the town centre and a 5 min walk to the bike tracks. The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .

Little Church at Edge of the Otways

Nestled between tall gums and framed by dairy farms this converted Church is a darling of the Otway Hinterland. Just moments from the Otway Food Trail, wineries, mountain bike trails, kayaking, fishing and bushwalking tracks, the Little Church is a convenient and central base to access the joys of the region - and there is plenty to do and see! Nearby townships offer quaint pubs and markets. While The Great Ocean Road and Beach side towns are within easy reach.

Forrest Guesthouse, Lake Elizabeth Suite, Queen Bed

Find yourself nestled in the Otway ranges, surrounded by beautiful rainforests, trails and waterfalls. Ride your bike to the trails from your front door, or take a short drive to Lake Elizabeth nearby. Forrest Brewery Company and the General Store are located within a few minutes walk. Lake Elizabeth is a cosy self-contained suite perfect for singles and couples. Please note: breakfast is no longer included.

Fern Cottage - Cozy Cottage

This cozy cottage ticks all the boxes in terms of location, comfort and atmosphere - for the ultimate weekend escape in the Otways. The Cottage has it's very own Tesla Charger installed which can be used for all guests in their E-vehicles. In keeping with the energy efficient theme, the Cottage also has solar panels on the roof connected to a Tesla battery pack, it is also connected to main power just in case!
