The property sits amidst the Nebraska prairie with incredible views of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise. It's only 10 minutes and all paved roads to Kearney's north shopping district, to the University, and both hospitals. Guests rave about the view, amenities, and peacefulness while being so close to town. Many return and book directly.

This lovely place has its own outdoor entrance, cozy kitchen, bathroom with shower, private sleeping area and living area with fireplace. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, bars and The World Theatre. Public parking within a block of the loft. Enjoy our historic downtown. This is in an active downtown, as such please expect a certain amount of noise, especially on the weekends. Nest:Space coworking is in the same building if you need to get some work completed.

There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.
