Our space provides the warmth where you can enjoy your gateaway while still feeling a sense of being home.

A babbling brook runs behind the cabin; the Owl's Head Lookout trailhead is steps from the driveway, with the High Peaks just beyond. Gather at the fire pit each night, wake to the sound of running water. Fully stocked: wood stove, screened porch, firewood, games, library, full kitchen. Guests call it "food for the soul." Four seasons.

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. The gentle rumble of the river is ever present as you look out over the natural beauty. During the summer cool off in the river and come back to the screened in porch for an evening meal. In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.

This property consists of a bespoke 3 bed, 2 bath log cabin, a studio cabin with additional bed and bath, plus an extra sleeper cabin (a charming enclosed lean-to, overlooking a stream).

Bessie's Cabin showcases a gorgeous view of Baxter and Hurricane Mountains (among others). Its location provides both privacy and easy access to town. Local restaurants are a short drive or there is a full kitchen if you prefer to stay in and cook yourself. Wi-fi and local television provided should you tire of the view.
