This charming recently modernised two bedroom end-terrace holiday cottage in the centre of the village conservation area sleeps up to four guests. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

Set well back from the road, the south-facing, private garden has an additional covered dining space, great in àll seasons. Harrow Cottage has been converted from a Suffolk cart lodge to create a pretty holiday cottage tucked away in the stunning Suffolk countryside. Carefully restored to preserve the original character of the former cart lodge, Harrow is a semi-detached cottage with lots of natural light, stylish furnishings, cosy living area with a wood-burning stove. We have developed a Prairie garden in part of our garden and guests are welcome to walk through the Prairie which is at its best from May.

Due to the authentic nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm with its Suffolk brick flooring.
