Forestgrove is a Georgian House built in 1837 in a quiet street five minutes walk to Kelso town centre. This is a perfect base to explore the Scottish Borders . Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea, coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. For work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Situated in the old market town of Kelso in the Scottish Borders, the flat is just off the cobbled square and within a short walk of the picturesque River Tweed. Offering spacious accommodation for 4 people in two bedrooms. Convenient for the races, events at Springwood, beautiful countryside and just an hours drive from Edinburgh.

With own parking and private entrance, a spacious warm and comfortable 1st floor 3-bed annexe with kitchen, living room, boot/bike lobby and bathroom with free standing tub.

A space to rest and relax in the Scottish Borders

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.
