The house is located in a nice neighborhood, nearby a playground, safe walking neighborhood and less then a half mile from a grocery store. Within a Mile of most 2026 Ironman events! There is a hot tub however, there will be an extra charge of 100 dollars if you want it as it is only filled if requested.
