Our "Backhouse Retreat" is a cozy little studio with a whole lotta charm. We are located in the quiet, safe and centrally located Richmond Annex. A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

Lovely Studio Cottage

This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. A dedicated washer/dryer is located across from the cottage. We are Superhosts committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable space for our guests.

Our fully renovated 1927 Berkeley Hills home is exceptionally located 2 miles north of UC Berkeley, half mile to Tilden Park, 1.5 miles to Chez Panisse and the Gourmet Ghetto. The studio is enveloped by a lush garden with a peek of the Golden Gate Bridge. Permit ZCSTR2022-0925
