The South Stable is a unique, recently redecorated stable with a little bit of Morden rustic country living thrown in. A beautiful renovation with wool carpets, handmade kitchen and top-end appliances, its scrumptious dark green bathroom with walk-in shower, roll-top bath and plaster walls. We've furnished the with many modern touches, large original art, pottery, uncovered original beams, oak storage, and a complete underfloor heating system. We look forward to welcoming you. Hoots Treehouse is a picture-perfect, romantic, luxurious treehouse with all mod cons in an area of outstanding natural beauty - only 45 minutes south of M25. Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. A wonderful place to chill-out and lose yourself - you won't want to leave! Sheer bliss!

Newly converted stable block

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Apple Blues Farm

A beautiful log cabin set in a private 10-acre spot with stunning farmland views. Relax in your own private hot tub while alpacas roam freely nearby. Whether it’s a peaceful break with your partner or a family getaway where little ones can run free, there’s something for everyone. Feed the alpacas, sheep and goats if animals are your thing. A local pub is just a short walk away, with several great pubs within a 5–10 minute drive. Not far from us is the big cat sanctuary and Leeds castle.

The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusbourne and Chapel Down.
