The Barnyard

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish architecturally designed countryside home. Recently built, with the focus on creating a high end holiday home which has been equipped to a very high standard. Situated in the heart of the wine producing area of the Kent countryside, with many local pubs and restaurants only a gentle stroll away. The beautiful contemporary design, with vaulted ceilings and polished concrete floors serve to provide a relaxing and stylish vacation for up to six guests.

The Cabin - Luxury self catering with hot tub.

Unique & beautiful luxury wood cabin with outstanding views over the Alkham Valley. Self catering studio accommodation for 2 adults incl. bathroom and king size bed. Its own private 85m2 deck, covered hot tub with TV, in and outdoor speakers, gas bbq & large private gym. The Cabin is nestled away at the top of a hill in our rear garden backing onto woodland. There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in the most wonderful location - steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitstable. This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.
