This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

The Abode in Sandwich

This is a 2 bedroom, 15th century terraced house, maintaining its historic charm with a modern twist. Having lovingly updated our home we now hope you can relax and enjoy it during your stay. Sandwich has a wealth of historical interest The Abode is central to some amazing restaurants and pubs. For those who want a more active stay cyclists, golfers, walkers even wakeboarding all on your door step , just a beautiful place With easy reach to Deal, Dover,Ramsgate Broadstairs and Canterbury .

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Tack Barn is our super stylish and sustainable holiday cottage here at Upper Lodge near Lewes - a very special place to stay. Tucked into a private woodland overlooking the pond and countryside, we've kitted it out with products and art from local makers. Ideally located for Lewes, the iconic Seven Sisters Cliffs and South Downs. Hop into the hammock and sit by a glowing fire-pit in the summer, or snuggle up in front of the wood-burner in the winter - the Tack Barn is special all year round.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
