Amazing two-story house nestled high up in the trees. A true treehouse! This treehouse sits amongst a forest of poplar trees and feels very secluded and private. It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

Peaceful Getaway in the Country

Enjoy this rustic, yet cozy, two-story barnhouse located near bourbon country. Perfect for a couple's getaway, it has open lofts with a comfy king-sized bed, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry room, wood burning stove & two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower & one with a soaker tub. This listing's interior is ready, however the exterior is still a work in progress as we continue to create comfortable outdoor spaces. Must see all pictures to appreciate what this place offers.

American and European antique furnishings and fine art welcome you to fully updated home with central HVAC.

Some of the favorite features are the year-round hot tub, large back deck, charming living room with gas fireplace to sit and read a book, play board games or watch the Smart TV. 12 acres of peace and quiet in Campton. You can wander the trails, kick back by the firepit, or just take in the forest views. We’re about 15 miles from Red River Gorge, but it feels like you’ve got the whole place to yourself—no close neighbors, no traffic, just dark skies and starry nights.
