It is only a 7-min drive to the River Run ski lodge, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley Lodge/resort. Two lrg bdrms (w/small child-sized sofa bed) offer plenty of room for a quick weekend, or a longer get-away! NF land is ~1/4 mi away; elk and deer are often seen nearby. 3 hot tubs, 3 pools, 2 saunas, golf, and 19 tennis courts are nearby.

Nestled into the hillside of the Sawtooth Mountains, it's only a three minute drive to the ski runs off of Warm Springs Road, and a fifteen minute drive to the famous Sun Valley resort. Enjoy beautiful views of a quiet, sweeping valley all year long. Be sure not to feed the bears! No, seriously...there's lots of wildlife around these parts. We offer a 20% discount for returning guests!

Quiet getaway in Hailey.

This cozy cabin is a great getaway. It is riding distance to hiking and mountain bike trails and is 10 miles from Sun Valley's skiing and mountain biking. The private setting provides a quiet and serene place to relax and is blocks from downtown Hailey. Fully fenced yard with city park to the west and north of the property. We have 2 cruiser bikes, 2 pair of snowshoes and a small barbeque available. Not suitable for toddlers and young children. Campers and camping are not allowed.

Downtown Studio, your Ketchum/Sun Valley home

The Studio is located on the first floor of a three story townhouse. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

Nestled among the trees and minutes from the airport, this modern studio is designed for a peaceful, comfortable stay. The second-story walk-up includes a private deck with bistro seating, a memory foam mattress, a down-wrapped sofa, fast WiFi, and a thoughtfully equipped kitchen with a gas convection oven. Full bath with washer/dryer. Free off-street parking. Due to documented medical allergies in our attached home, we are exempt from hosting service animals.

The local bus system just one street away can easily get you around as well.

Laurelwood Suite: 2 Bedrooms, Private Entrance

The entire upstairs of our house is yours! Your space has a locked off, private entrance (we live downstairs in a separate area). Includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private living area, one full bath, mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, washer/dryer, and small private outside space. 5-10 min drive to the Sun Valley airport. Perfect base to experience world-renowned skiing, hiking, biking, and fishing.

Modern Ketchum Downtown Studio, Close to River Run

Location, location, location! Beautiful views to the Boulders North and Dollar Mountain from the balcony. Unit is back to greenery and trail creek, tranquil. Walking distance to Sun Valley Ski Resort, close to restaurants (e.g. Pioneer Saloon), bars (e.g. Whiskey Jacques, Casino), groceries (e.g. Atkinson) and Starbucks. The studio has a comfortable queen size bed and a comfortable American sleeper sofa.
