Plenty of room with a queen bed (sleeps 2), full-size bunk bed with trundle (sleeps 3), and a futon (sleeps 1-2). Stocked kitchen with cooking essentials and coffee. Updated bathroom with essentials. The home is centrally located where you can visit multiple springs, lakes, rivers, state parks, trails, shopping, restaurants, and much more!

Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a fee. We also charge a late checkout fee. Fireplace is not in service. RV pad with electric and water at 100 night option .

We are next door to Rum Island Park which is a swimming spring, kayak and canoe pick up/ drop off/boat ramp location. It is a private cottage. 1 bdr Sleeps 4. 1 Bedroom with a sleeper sofa. You’ll love my place because of the location. The river is in the backyard. You can launch your personal canoe or kayak. Sit by the fire pit or enjoy the deck and cook out with friends and family. We have a no pet policy due to our allergies. Town of High Springs and Gainesville near by

This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
