The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

The home comprises of Kitchen/Dining/Living room along with a wetroom/toilet. Upstairs consists of a double bedroom and another with a small double and a shared ensuite The home is situated 1km(on a hill) from Clonakilty town with fabulous views of the town and Clonakilty bay. Guests have access to the patio area but the garden is private. Locations nearby include Inchydoney beach , Michael Collins House ,Smugglers Cove (crazy golf), Horse Riding , swimming pool and cinema.

Large furnished patio area with outside Hot Tub. Property is very private. Ideal for couples looking for quiet romantic getaway. We have 2 very friendly dogs and a cat.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

The Snug is a cosy, detached hideaway for two — the perfect retreat to relax and reconnect. Nestled in a quiet, scenic spot near Clonakilty, it offers peace, privacy, and the chance to slow down and enjoy West Cork. The Hideaway at Three Castle Head is truly unique property situated at the head of a beautiful valley with not another house in sight and surrounded only by wild nature. The views from the cabin are breathtaking with Dunlough Castle in the near distance, the lake beside it and the wild Atlantic ocean stretching off to Beara Peninsula across the water. Photographs just don't capture the true majesty of the place.
