Rustic cabin with rural views overlooking a small dam. Lots of bird life and nature all around, based a short 5 min drive from the centre of Woodford , with its old world charm and great pub. The Cabin is contained with A/C kitchen with cooking facilities (no oven) and full bathroom. Large deck with views, breakfast bits provided. The couple's cabin is one of three close-knit pavilions at The Bower, rustique rainforest retreat; a tiny hamlet only 10 minutes drive from Maleny and 20 minutes to Woodfordia. Relax in front of the warm wood burning fireplace, enjoy the abundant bird life from your private deck, soak in the antique clawfoot bath, and lose yourself in the celestial clerestory views. The Cubby House

Welcome to the Cubby House! It's time to slow down, soak up the scenery and recharge those depleted batteries. Our renovated shipping container is on a private airstrip just near the country town of Woodford, Queensland. It's a private and peaceful escape, with the occasional rumbles of aircraft heard in the distance. If you'd like to enjoy the countryside from above, scenic flights are available at an additional cost. Alternatively, recreational pilots are welcome to fly in and stay.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Our cabin is nicely positioned to allow access to many scenic day trips taking in places such as Maleny, Montville, several National Parks & The Glasshouse Mountains. We have put together some suggested itineraries to help you make the most of your time with us and includes trips to waterfalls, short and long bush walks and restaurants. Or of course you are welcome to cook your own pizzas in our pizza oven under the stars or light a campfire.

Kookaburra Cottage - Unplug and Unwind

The cottage is a modern 2 bedroom cabin with all the modern amenities including a well equiped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with luxury bedding, modern bathroom, comfortable lounge room with AC. Outside is a large wrap around deck with direct access from both bedrooms, large table for entertaining, BBQ and a bar table which is the perfect position to sit with a morning coffee. There is also a large fire pit that you are free to use and cook on.

Somerview Cottage - Lake Somerset

All the conveniences of home in our little cottage! Our private home has 2 bedrooms + kids bunk room with expansive views over Somerset Lake and only a 2 mins drive to Kirkleigh boat ramps. This is a brilliant way to holiday with the whole family! 8 guests allowed but a maximum of 4 adults (one queen, one double and bunk beds for 4 kids under 12). Please note - no wifi - we come here as a family to disconnect.

“Readaway” Perfect Getaway, WaterSkiers haven

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Let the kids loose on the acerage, watch from the patio with a refreshing beverage in hand, 2 Queen Bed and 4 Singles (2 bunk beds). Amazing location for water sports fans, easy to park the boat, great for entertaining and the boat ramp is just a couple of minutes up the road. All you need for the perfect getaway close the the water.
